Returns Policy

Returns

To return a Heights Spirit Store product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at sales@mypromoplanet.com  and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

What can be returned: Most of the items we sell can be returned. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.

What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.

Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

To return your items:

  1. Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund, and the reason for the return request.
  2. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

Products are made-to-order with the best quality materials possible using state-of-the-art printing equipment. We  take great pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction and quality of product embellishment. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

  • Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
  • Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
  • Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
  • Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size. Please confirm sizing in the product size sheets provided.
  • Please note that monitor colors vary from monitor to monitor based on the users settings. This will affect the color output view for the item/product and design colors.  We can guarantee that the item/product being displayed is a match from the physical item/product that is recieved.  If item/product color is important we recommend ordering a sample of the item before placing the order. 
  • Always refer to a PMS color chart for matching colors. Many products offer PMS color matching free or with a fee, but keep in mind based on the substrate color, and material, there are times that PMS matches cannot be guaranteed. 
  • Product/Item Sizing has a + or - 1 inch tollarance per size, per measurement displaying on product/item size chart.  The size charts for the item will show on the item detail on the product page and on the invoice so that sizing can be viewed before hand.  We can't guarantee the mfg sizing unless it is over/under the tollerance described above.  In the case of sizing issues the return of all items in question would have to be returned and investigated before a return, exchange, or store credit is granted.


Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, we do not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing.  This is your responsibility when placing the order. Should you have any reservations about the art files submitted please pay close attention to the warning that will populate regarding your logo legibility. If needed we can fix your art (for an additional charge) for you, however until the proof is approved your order cannot go into production.
